Less Time Managing.
More Time Serving.
A church management system built for ministry — serving, connecting and loving people, made simple. Free under 75 members, no time limit.
Good morning,

One record, wherever you open it
Mark attendance on a phone in the lobby and it is already on the office computer before you sit down. Nobody re-types anything, and nobody has to chase anyone for a list.
- Opens in a browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
- Leaders update their own groups, so the numbers stay current on their own.
- What you see is what everyone sees — one set of records, not four.

The real cost of keeping it all by hand
Each one has a screen in UPZ that answers it.
Because nobody opens a spreadsheet on a Sunday
Your leaders have a phone in their hand and eight minutes before service. That is the whole design brief. Mark attendance, see who is missing, send the follow-up to the right person — standing up, in the lobby, before the music starts.
All of it free under 75 members
Not a starter tier with the useful parts taken out. The whole system.

Free for churches under 75 members
Hi, I’m Julius Tamayo. I built UPZ.
Five years in full-time campus ministry. Then I worked abroad as an OFW and kept helping the church from there.
I’m home now, and I run a business. I also volunteer at Victory Antipolo as a small group leader and intercessor.
In business I run everything on a system. The system holds the records, and I base every decision on the data it gathers. Then I would come to church and see the data still being managed by hand.
Then I realized a church should have a system too, so we can be more effective in managing God’s business.
Start with UPZ. Create your account and see the whole system for yourself — it costs nothing. If your church or your business needs something UPZ was never made for, tell me instead, and I will say honestly whether I am the right person to build it.
Tell me how many branches.
We charge by branch, never by member. Add every person in your church and the number below does not move.
Included at every price above

One branch, up to 75 members, three staff accounts — no payment, no card, no time limit. A plant stays free until it grows past 75, so you are never charged for planting, only for what has already become a church.
No setup fee. No charge per member. Cancel whenever you want and take your records with you — there is an export button inside the system and it has always worked.
The questions I get asked
Is it really free, or is this a trial?
If your church is under 75 members: free. Not a trial — no card, no time limit, every feature. Past 75 it is ₱998 a month, or ₱750 a month for each branch you plant after the first. Nothing is hidden and nothing starts without you saying yes. Either way your records stay exportable, so you are never trapped by a price I set later.
Then how do you make money from this?
Not from small churches. I run a business and that is what I live on, which is why a plant under 75 members costs nothing. Churches past that pay ₱998 a month and that is what keeps the system running. And if a church or a company needs a system UPZ was never built for, I can build it for them and that part is paid work — separate from your account here.
We are close to 75. What happens when we cross it?
Nothing sudden, and nothing automatic. Nobody gets locked out of their own records because a number moved. Past 75 it is ₱998 a month, you will hear it from me before it starts, and the choice will be in front of you rather than behind you.
Can we get our records back out?
Yes. There is an Export my data button inside the system, and you can use it whenever you like without asking me. If you ever leave, the records are deleted and fall out of the backups in the ordinary cycle.
What about the Data Privacy Act?
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 is the standard I am building to, and the system already asks each member for consent and carries a privacy notice explaining what is held and why. Under that law your church is the Personal Information Controller — the records are yours, you decide what is collected, and UPZ processes them on your behalf.
Does it work in Tagalog?
Ask Zell understands questions in English or Tagalog and answers from your own records. The rest of the screens are in English.
Who can see our members’ information?
Only the people you give access to. The system has separate roles for the church office, ministry leaders and members, and each one sees a different amount. A small group leader sees their own group; a member sees their own record.
Do you track our offering?
Not yet. UPZ handles attendance, members, small groups, ministries, events and pastoral care. It does not keep a giving ledger, so whatever you use for the offering today, keep using it. I would rather tell you that here than have you find out in the first week.
But tell me if it is what your church most needs. When enough churches ask for the same thing it gets built into UPZ and everybody gets it, at no extra cost — knowing who is waiting decides what I work on next. And if what you need is particular to your church, I can build that for you as paid work, separate from your account here. I will say honestly whether I am the right person before you spend anything.
How long until our members are actually in the system?
One evening for the church itself — your branches, service times, ministries and small groups. The members are the longer part, and you do not have to type them. You send one registration link and they fill in their own details, which is faster and more accurate than anyone encoding a hundred and eighty people from a notebook. There is no spreadsheet import yet, so if you already have a clean list, tell me and we will work out the quickest way to get it in.
You are one person. What happens to our records if you stop?
A fair question, and the honest answer is that you should never be relying on me to get your own data back. That is why the export button exists and why it does not need my permission — export it today if you want to. If I ever could not continue, the commitment is that you get told and you get your records, not that you find a dead login one Sunday.
We do discipleship differently. Will this still fit us?
Yes. The discipleship path is yours to set. The stages that come with the system are only a starting point — rename them, reorder them, or replace them entirely with the path your own church walks people through. Everything else is neutral to begin with: attendance, members, small groups, ministries, events and pastoral care do not care what tradition you come from. If you would rather not set the stages up from scratch, send me what you call them and I will get you started.
Can we try it without putting our real members in?
Yes, and I would suggest it. Make the account, invent a few members, run a Sunday through it and see whether it fits how you actually work. There is a reset inside the system that clears the practice data when you are ready to start properly, so nothing you typed while learning follows you into the real records.
What do you do with our data?
The system keeps your records so it can show them back to you, and that is all. I do not sell them, I do not hand them to anybody else, and I do not use them to advertise to your members. If I ever want to publish anything about churches in general, it would be counts with no church and no person identifiable in them, and I would ask you first. Your records are yours: export them whenever you like, and if you leave, they go.
Is there an app, or is this a website?
Today it opens in the browser your leaders already have, on any phone, tablet or computer — nothing to download and nothing to update. An app is being built, because we want a member to reach their own group and their own records in one tap instead of hunting for a link. When it arrives you will not have to move anything: it is the same account, opened a faster way.
What happens if a leader leaves the church?
You remove their account from the users list and their access ends there and then — you do not have to wait for me, and you do not have to change everyone else’s password. What they entered stays, because it is the church’s record and not theirs. If they exported a copy while they still had access, that copy is out of both our hands, which is worth remembering when you decide who gets an account in the first place.
Do we need someone technical to set it up?
No. You make an account and set it up yourself — locations, service times, ministries and small groups. It is built to be filled in by whoever already keeps the records, not by someone technical. If you get stuck, message me and I answer myself.
